Although the expansion process is simple, due to its weight, you’ll need a team of four to safely set it up—expect it to take a few hours. All units come prewired and preplumbed, requiring only straightforward exterior connections. Professional Setup: We recommend hiring a professional plumber, electrician, and carpenter to ensure the smooth and safe setup of your tiny home.

Once we have received a 30% deposit, we will begin your build. Depending on our capacity, this may take up to 90 days.
