Once your ELITE NEST arrives, installation is a breeze: it’s delivered as a container and then unfolds into your new living space. Although the expansion process is simple, due to its weight, you’ll need a team of four to safely set it up—expect it to take a few hours. All units come prewired and preplumbed, requiring only straightforward exterior connections. Professional Setup: We recommend hiring a professional plumber, electrician, and carpenter to ensure the smooth and safe setup of your tiny home.

Carry out your due diligence, confirm you are satisfied & ready to proceed. We will then jump on a quick call to confirm If required.
Once we have received a 30% deposit, we will begin your build. Depending on our capacity, this may take up to 90 days.
Depending on your delivery method, we will either deliver your ELITE NEST to you or you can pick it up from our California warehouse.
